油漆絮凝要点
使用时要注意的问题：
1） 化学品添加方法。
2） 悬浮槽和系统的平衡。
3） 油漆种类的影响。
建议和对策：
1） 化学口的添加应以少加勤加为原则，FD- 806过量会造成絮凝效果“太好”，使油漆变细，应避免。
2） 建议FD-806应以高位滴加的方法进行。
3） FD-806用于溶剂型油漆废水，漆渣特性是：
20％油漆过喷量（沉降）
5％油漆过喷量（悬浮）。
4） FD-806原液或稀释后进行添加。
5） 悬浮系统的设备改善，使漆渣在通过悬浮系统的悬浮槽过程中，不断上浮到表面，然后溢流到过滤袋中，除去漆渣。在这个过程中，控制溢流量度的大小，使悬浮系统达到一种平衡是非常关键的因素。
添加量
1） 开槽时：
FD-806——油漆喷出量度的10～20％
2） 补充时：
FD-806——油漆喷出量的12％

应用范围： 中性漂浮型凝聚剂，适用于所有溶剂油漆。
外观： 白色液体
比重： 20→C时，1.02←0.01g/cm3
防冻性能: ＞5→C
储藏期限： 室温下密封的原始原始容器中,6个月。
添加浓度： 油漆喷出量的10-20％产品。本产品需在通向喷漆房的管道中，用合适的泵；连续添加。
泡沫性能： 不发泡
PH 值： 约9.5←0.5（浓度为10g/l的溶液）
废水处理: 毋需中和
FD-806
Field of application: neutral coagulation agent for all solvent-based paints,

Appearance: white liquid
Density: 1.02+/-0.01g/cm3(20→c)
Frost resistance: >5→c
Shelf-life: at least 6 months at room temperature in sealed original containers
Dosing concentration: 10-20％ of product referring to paint overspray.
The product should be dosed continuously by suitable pumps in the pipework leading to the spray booth to ensure well distribution of the product.
The water hardness must be kept higher 5 →dh in order to achieve good flocculation of the product. If need be, a special hardener must be used.
Foam behavior: no foaming
Ph-value: 9.5+/-0.5(10g/l DI water)
Waste water treatment: no neutralization required
